Fenton Ribbon Tie pattern blue carnival glass ruffled edge plate. This is a vintage Fenton carnival glass piece with no manufacturers mark. Ribbon Tie has been found only on plates and bowls. This Fenton Ribbon Tie plate has a three in one edge and is 9" wide by 2" high at the highest point of ruffle. The blue Ribbon Tie plate is in very good condition with a slight rough spot on the back side of the plate that most likely occurred during the manufacturing process.
